This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Fenqi ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the Fenqi mobile application ("Service").
This Policy applies to all users of the Service, including guest users who access Fenqi without creating an account. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Policy.

- Guest Usage: No personal identification information (PII) is required to use core features. You may use Fenqi without providing your name, email, or phone number.
- Optional Contact: If you contact us via email (fenqi1725320isu@outlook.com), we will collect your email address and any content you include in your message to respond to your inquiry.
- Future Account Features: If optional account registration is introduced in the future, we may collect additional information such as email addresses, usernames, or profile data, which will be governed by updated terms.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers (UDID/IDFA), IP address, and mobile network information.
- Usage Data: App interaction logs, feature usage statistics, session duration, and crash reports to improve service performance and stability.
- Location Data: We do not collect precise location data unless you explicitly grant permission for location-based features (if implemented in future updates).
2.3 User Content Data
Photos, edits, and creations you save to "My Creation" are stored locally on your device by default. We do not access or store your User Content on our servers unless you explicitly choose to share it via social platforms or enable cloud backup features (if offered).
3. How We Use Your Data

- Service Provision: To operate, maintain, and improve the Fenqi app and its features (e.g., filter performance, shape cutting tools).
